I thought of occupying this cyberspace to try and pick apart computational biology tools that I come across at work. This is an attempt to provide perhaps useful nuggets from work and also a dump of interesting things that I learn.
Most of the time, you can find me with a keyboard relentlessly trying to figure make sense of data that someone not wearing a labcoat and with a pipette in their hand had came up with, only to produce results that take us back to the pipettes.
